Gavin Nelson

Known for his commitment to excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement, Gavin ensures strong, lasting relationships across partners and clients. He also serves on the boards of Groundwork NI and the Royal Yachting Association NI.

Norm has over 30 years' experience in senior design roles for major advertising and marketing agencies. He launched his design career at McCann-Erickson, where he worked on many award-winning campaigns for major clients including Northern Ireland Electricity, Northern Ireland Office, Phoenix Natural Gas and the Department of Environment.
After a number of years working as a freelance creative helping both global and small business with their marketing and branding, he joined the Irish Football Association in 2016. Part of the Communications team, he was the association's Graphic Designer as well as being responsible for all graphic and written content for the Irish FA Foundation.
Gavin brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, business development, and governance, having worked with councils, national governing bodies of sport, and the third sector. With an MBA and qualifications in management, mental health, and sustainability, he drives the agency’s growth and operations.
